| Testo italiano | L'esame avrà una durata media di circa 30 minuti per allievo per ogni sessione. Ogni allievo avrà una radio di addestramento dedicata durante la valutazione pratica, gli esami verranno svolti con massimo gruppi da 4 allievi per sessione. L'esaminatore fornirà ad ogni candidato una scheda di valutazione a multiple choice ed una scheda di scenario per le trasmissioni da effettuare con le radio di addestramento.<br> <br> <b>I seguenti elementi forniscono la composizione della valutazione pratica, con il grado di conoscenza richiesto:</b><br> - A Una buona conoscenza. Nessun errore;<br> - B Conoscenza operativa. Alcuni errori non critici nella pratica;<br> - C Comprensione della procedura. Delineare le conoscenze.<br> <br> <b>Distress Situations</b><br> 1. Identify a distress situation. A<br> 2. Initiate a DSC distress alert, with position and time input manually or automatically. A<br> 3. Send a distress call and message by voice. A<br> 4. Respond appropriately to a DSC distress alert, call and message, including relay of a distress message. B<br> 5. Know how to deploy an EPIRB and a SART. C<br> 6. Know the procedure for cancellation of a DSC distress alert sent in error. B<br> <b>Urgency Situations</b><br> 1. Identify an urgency situation. A<br> 2. Initiate a DSC urgency announcement. B<br> 3. Send an urgency message by voice. B<br> 4. Respond appropriately to an urgency message. B<br> <b>Safety Situations</b><br> 1. Identify a situation in which a safety message is appropriate. B<br> 2. Initiate a DSC safety announcement. B<br> 3. Send a safety message by voice on an appropriate channel C<br> 4. Receive Maritime Safety Information by NAVTEX. C<br> <b>Routine Communication</b><br> 1. Initiate a routine call using DSC, selecting an appropriate working channel. A<br> 2. Establish communication and exchange messages with other stations by voice using appropriate channels and power level A<br> 3. Test the radiotelephone by means of an appropriate test call. C<br> 4. Enter a DSC group or individual MMSI number. A<br> 5. Maintain an appropriate listening watch on DSC and voice channels. C<br> 6. Use the International Phonetic Alphabet. A<br> |
